Playing a video file that has its chroma subsampling be anything else other than 4:2:0 will cause the game to be unresponsive for the person that put it in and for the ones that manage to load the video on their end.

Please tell us everything that could help us reproduce the issue:
Generate a video with FFMPEG (video length or content doesn't really matter) with chroma subsampling set as 4:4:4 as an example, upload it to Discord or any other service that allows the direct video link to be copied and paste it into the video player. After a few seconds pass and the video tries to load, the game should now become unresponsive.
