There is a delay in the quick menu sounds, like a half second or less.
Please tell us how it happened:
Moving the cursor over the QM buttons fast and as well slowly select the buttons.
Please tell us everything that could help us reproduce the issue:
Select a button and it should show up with a delay.
It sounds like it is not using the PCM sound and not loaded into memory to play it directly, or the sound has some ms silent start.
