Custom Panospheres for worlds

With the addition of the Panosphere mode to the upcoming camera changes, I think it would be cool if you could select an image to use as the Panosphere for world portals. With this you could have people in the shot, which is a minor change, but one I think would be a nice touch for some worlds

this would be nice as the portals just do this based on the spawn location and often times they look, well not as good as one would want
