To report a bug, please use the following procedure
Step 1
Generate a support code within the game. You can do this within the game settings under Support -> Report a bug.
This will automatically upload the game log files to give us better insight on possible problems.
To identify your request, you will receive a 12 digit code which you have to enter in the bug report post in step two.
Step 2
Open a bug report. Depending on if you are on experimental or stable branch, you have to create the bug report in a specific region. Please use the corresponding link below:

Step 3
Create the post with care and provide all information the post template asks for.
We can not process bug reports that do not follow the pattern we provide.
Provide additional information. Describe what you did, describe what others near you did, describe what happened overall. Every detail might matter and will help us to resolve the issue as fast as possible.
Other users as well as staff members will be able to give feedback to your bug report. Once we have an update we will let you know.
Your log files are stored securely on our backend and will never be visible to anyone outside of the development team.
