The game will go into a crash loop where it closes itself immediately after launching with no time to do anything
How to reproduce the issue:
Dual Monitor setup
Set the secondary monitor to be a different scaling then the main monitor in Windows settings
Move the game to the secondary screen and fullscreen it
Quit the game and when trying to launch it will repeatedly crash
This can be reversed by changing the scaling back to be the same for both screens or by clearing the registry data for Chilloutvr
