Can it be that on worlds that using Steam audio Specialization the players act like an steam audio source ?
With HRTF, Directivity (curve driven), Occlusioin and reflections (0.2 is a sweet spot for voices and hrtf and distance curve driven)
Are you looking for per player controllable settings or a global setup in the world modifiers?
Yes, I had more in mind a global parameter for all connected. As an audio source added on the cvr world object which would allow us to adjust for all players connected the roll off volume curve, the range and add or not steam audio 🙂
It would be nice to have steam audio for players. I saw with the new update that audio with video player are well spatialized and realistic (audio in room A can't be hear in room B). It would be nice to have the same thing with voices specially for small worlds.
I think this would be a very nice addition to the possibilities given to world creators. Giving them the ability to create even more immersive experiences!
