OVPN messing with audio

Please tell us about the bug you want to report:
Rejoining a world that you left by turning on and off OVPN causes users still in the world when you left to not be able to hear you upon return.

Please tell us how it happened:
I turned on OVPN while in game on CVR so I could login to Minecraft. doing so kicked me from the world due to a connection interruption. I then rejoined after turning off my VPN.

Please tell us everything that could help us reproduce the issue:

Turn on OVPN while connected to a world.
wait until OVPN connects.
Turn off OVPN and rejoin world.

We have tried to reproduce the issue and were unable to. With our OVPN servers, this issue does not exist. It is likely a misconfiguration of the OVPN Server.
