Null world

Please tell us about the bug you want to report:
I managed to unload a Null as a world.

Please tell us how it happened:
No clue. I was just uploading my world, and it fail, I looked in game, and it managed to upload as a Null.

Have the exact same. I cancelled the compiling cause I forgot to edit something.
After that, a world without a name nor since appeared on my list.

This is not a bug. We have changed the world how file entries are created as they are now using indexes.
A world / avatar / prop can have multiple files and without the first file being written, the world/avatar/prop remains a "claimed object".

They are meant to be there, but they should not be shown. We will hide them in a future API update (and website update)
