"Community labs" type feature

I can't think of a better way to describe it so sorry for using the exact language VRC uses, but it would be nyice to have a feature like that... One of my friends needs that in a platform before they will use it.

We decided against a public way of testing worlds already so this will not happen any time soon and i can not guarantee that it ever will. There will be a way for community members to join a content review team later on, but a public way of testing will not be done and with the new system publication is going to be a lot faster anyways.

Just curious, how does the aproval proccess work exactly... My friend wants to see that "crap show" of stuff people create. I am I curious if anything that isn't against TOS will be allowed to be published or what.

That "crap show" is nothing that should be published and will not be. The publication process goes over quality and ensures that a minimum amount of effort was put into a world. It also ensures that the world is not breaking the game as well as ensures a minimum level of quality and performance.

It is required for both the community (as they weill receive better quality worlds) as well as the world creators (as they need proper feedback which the community is not able or willing to give most of the time).

If users want a community to show off content in a stage where nothing is really working or there, then im sure there will be a community to show those off, but in the official lists we will not allow publishing those.

While I get some might get amusement out of scuffed creations but it does not really serve to keep the game both optimal and have content that's not filled with old joke worlds or forgotten scuffed things that do not really do more then eat up space. I would rather they curate the content then see a list full of things you need to scroll past and ignore due to them not having much substance to them past a silly one time joke or something like that.

I'd rather see more of a curator role that approves worlds in the future, like popular world creators get a choice to vote worlds to be approved/ accept worlds in the future, but as of right now Community Labs type of worlds will waste so much space and look horrible and low quality for the game to be honest.

I personally don't want to see memeavatarworld v1, memeworld2, memworld4, bigmemz1, etc (type of names) in the list.

It obviously has some real use case for worlds, but I really think they should just go through the publication system for now, and leave testing content to private worlds.
