Hi there, we have a few changes for you. They are explained below:
Hub Privacy Settings
You are now able to block content sharing for everyone or friends. In the future you will be able to set this per custom group and per community group as well.

If you have further ideas or requests for privacy settings, please let us know so we can get them in.
ToS adjustments
Due to the feedback we received for the ToS update a few days back, we have made another set of changes.
The changes are listed below:
Addition to ToS opening text
A) Appended
“We reserve full rights to include minor changes to the terms of service without
requiring any sort of announcement.
Bigger changes to the terms of service will be announced and users will be required to
accept the changes in order to continue to use our services.”
Changes to Platform content creation
A) Rule §2.8 changed
Previous: “NSFW content (avatars, worlds, scripts, game-modes and more) as well as
events and groups must always do their best to prevent children from seeing / using
them. For the case of events and groups, relying on the NSFW access DLC is not enough,
and further manual checks are required.”
Next: “NSFW content (their creators), groups, organizations, events or any of the kind
are required to use their resources in order to prevent children from seeing / using /
attending them. For the case of events and groups, relying on the NSFW access DLC is
not enough, and further manual checks are required.”
B) Rule §2.11 changed
Previous: “Uploaded content may never contain NSFW materials or references to
underaged characters independent of if they are fictional or real. Canonical age (e.g.
9000 year old girl) does not count to invalidate this rule.”
Next: “Uploaded content may never contain NSFW materials or references to

Changes to Uploading and publishing content
A) Rule §5.3.1 changed
Previous: “You may never extract other peoples belongings from our games and
networks. This includes but is not limited to audio files, assets, avatar and world
bundles, textures and more.”
Next: “You may never extract other people’s belongings from our games and networks.
This includes but is not limited to audio files, assets, platform content bundles, textures
and more.”
B) Rule §5.10 changed
Previous: “Avatars and worlds with the intent to disturb or annoy other players are
forbidden.”
Now: “Creating and / or sharing content of any kind with the intent to disturb, annoy or
any of the kind is forbidden.”
Changes to Platform content creation
A) Rule §6.8 changed
Previous: “Bypassing the world publication system by placing portals to non-published
worlds in published worlds is forbidden.”
Now: “Bypassing the world publication system by placing static portals (portals that are
part of the world) to non-published worlds in published worlds is forbidden. This
excludes rewards for completing challenges and portals to development versions of that
specific world. This rule is meant to affect different worlds, by different authors and
prevent actual misuse to bypass the publication system.”
Changes to Modding our games
A) Rule §7.2 changed
Previous: “If you plan on publishing your mods (or release them to the CVR Workshop
once available) you must release the mods sourcecode to the public (for example by
using github).”
Now: “If you plan on publishing your mods to the workshop you must release the mods
sourcecode to the public (for example by using github). This does not affect mods
hosted on third party platforms directly, that are not released to the workshop.”
B) Rule §7.3 changed
Previous: “Publishing obfuscated mods is not allowed.”
Now: “Publishing obfuscated mods to the workshop is not allowed.”
C) Rule §7.5 changed
Previous: “When releasing mods to the public, it is required to state, that the mod
authors are in no affiliation with ABI.”
Now: “When releasing mods to the public, it is required to state, that the mod authors
and modification are in no affiliation with ABI and not supported by ABI.”

New guidelines for “Commercial usage”
A) New Rule §10.1
“All kinds of commercial usage of our platform or services require explicit permission
granted by ABI.”
B) New Rule §10.2
“Hosting commercial events requires cooperative contracts with ABI along with
appropriate revenue share.”
C) New Rule §10.3
“Commercial usage of our products and services does not exclude any other platform
limitation or rule.”
D) Added contact information
“In order to request permission to use our products and services commercially, mail us
at team@abinteractive.net, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.”
